I am experimenting with OBS as a replacement for wirecast and an running into an issue. All of my input video, coming from three networked cameras, is coming in 30fps. When I try to record the FPS displayed in the lower right corner never comes close to 30. It bounces between 15 and 20 usually. Is there a way to lock FPS on the output stream similar to what I can do in Wirecast. FYI CPU usage never goes above 15 to 20%. This is running on a new IMAC with a I9 processor. GPU shows very little load as well.
