Hi, so recently I've been trying to stream some TF2 for my friends and I'm running into a really unusual problem. For the livestream viewers and whenever I "Preview Stream," I always see that the stream is almost at a constant <20 FPS and becomes really choppy like this:
However, even while the stream is choppy for my viewers and whenever I preview it, I don't have any sort of FPS drop or lag on my end. Here's another picture taken inside the game within the exact same moment. The FPS in the livestream is inconsistent with my actual in-game FPS:
Even more unusual: watching the recordings of my stream show very little to almost none of the FPS problems my viewers were getting when it was live.
I don't think it's my upload speed either. My internet is way above average than most streamers, and I have set the broadcasting server to Dallas so it should have nothing to do with that. The thing is, changing my bitrate really high or really low doesn't affect the livestream's choppiness.
Here are the logs as well; apologies if they're a little long. I was trying to change a few settings to try and fix this problem for my stream viewers, but it seems like regardless of the settings I change, the livestream will be at low FPS for viewers and whenever I use the "Preview Stream" button. I run TF2 in windowed mode with no border; I was streaming using Game Capture.

I don't know what to do; if you guys need more information from me I'll try to provide some. :(
However, even while the stream is choppy for my viewers and whenever I preview it, I don't have any sort of FPS drop or lag on my end. Here's another picture taken inside the game within the exact same moment. The FPS in the livestream is inconsistent with my actual in-game FPS:
Even more unusual: watching the recordings of my stream show very little to almost none of the FPS problems my viewers were getting when it was live.
I don't think it's my upload speed either. My internet is way above average than most streamers, and I have set the broadcasting server to Dallas so it should have nothing to do with that. The thing is, changing my bitrate really high or really low doesn't affect the livestream's choppiness.
Here are the logs as well; apologies if they're a little long. I was trying to change a few settings to try and fix this problem for my stream viewers, but it seems like regardless of the settings I change, the livestream will be at low FPS for viewers and whenever I use the "Preview Stream" button. I run TF2 in windowed mode with no border; I was streaming using Game Capture.
