Question / Help Low FPS while streaming CS:GO

Hello,

when OBS isn´t running I have ingame 300-400 FPS and when it´s running without streaming, I have under 100. I tried to stream with x264 and nvenc but nothing changed.

My hardware specs are:

CPU: i7-4770
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Nvidia GTX 770
OS: Windows 8
