Question / Help Low FPS while recording with good Hardware

In Game my FPs are quite good, always far above 60. But i can already see in my preview window that my recording is lagging with around 20 to 30 FPS. It's weird because i use the same settings while streaming and that works without any problems. I already switched from my HDD to my SSD (no the game is not installed there) but nothing changed. My hardware should also be good enough i think. Sooo i really have no clue what to do. Help would be really appreciate :)

  • CPU: Intel Core i7 8700k
  • Graca: Gainward GeForce GTX 1080 Phoenix GLH
  • Ram: 16GB DDR4 corsair
  • Mainboard: GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming
