Question / Help LOW FPS when Streaming [Log Included]

Hi all! I regularly play Fortnite w/ 120 fps on all lowest settings. When streaming, it stutters down to 30 sometimes and can be really choppy. Perhaps if the reason is my PC is too outdated with its GPU and CPU you could reference me to a website that can help me figure out what new parts to buy? IDK if that's the reason, maybe I can still make it work with these outdated GPU/CPU. Log is below.

That CPU is a bit too weak for modern games + streaming. Your last resort would be using NVENC to stream which should be supported on the GTX 750ti though that card is also on the weaker side nowadays.

If not theres always your Custom PC building companies like ibuypower, origin and a couple others i dont remember the names of right now.
