Question / Help LOW fps when streaming csgo (streaming with nvidia gtx 960)

so on a normal day i have like 200-300 fps on a map like cache, then i yesterday tried to play it while streaming but my fps dropped to 50-80 fps. Is there anyway i can fix this?
i am using obs studio
gpu: GTX 960
cpu: intel core i5 2,7 Ghz
8 gb's of ram

your resolution is currently set to:
base resolution: 1920x1080
output resolution: 1024x576
you probably want to record to 720p (1280x720) or 1080p (1920x1080)

The log you uploaded doesn't have a stream attempt in it. You need to record/stream for a few minutes with the settings your having the problem with, then stop, wait a few seconds then upload current log.

Here it is, went from 140-240fps (yea i didnt remember correctly apparantly sry)
to 50-80fps

Look at the top thread in the obs studio, windows. It talks about a fix for this IF you are running windows 10 creators update.
