Question / Help Low FPS when running OBS Multi!

I'm trying to record my Facecam & Gameplay to two different files. However, the FPS in the recording is abysmal for some reason.

I'm running on a GTX 770 which should be able to handle it.

I've tried adjusting many different settings to no avail.

Any ideas?
