We switch between a camera for live video and a screen capture for prerecorded video. When we are on the screen capture scene, the video runs at lower-than-usual FPS. I guess around 10-15 FPS. This is visible both on our live stream and our monitor. If I switch to the camera scene, the video on our monitor instantly starts playing smoothly again.
I noticed that the monitor's resolution was low so I changed it to 1920x1080 (same as our output resolution). That helped a bit. Then I disabled Aero (although I see in the log that Aero has...re-enabled itself?) That made the problem almost imperceptible. Is there anything else I could do to improve this?
