Question / Help Low fps when I capture Csgo

As soon as I game capture or monitor capture csgo the fps goes from 400 fps to 100-60 fps and it feels laggy. I have every driver updated. I have reinstalled csgo and my pc and the issue still appears. I tried changing my obs settings. I tried streaming from cpu and gpu.


My specs are:
Geforce GTX 1070
I7-3770k
16gb ram
Windows 10 pro
