Question / Help Low FPS/Stutter

Hi,
Currently my system specs are ;
9900K
2080TI
32 GB Ram
Optane
And so on, but when i am streaming i am not able to stream 60fps i am attaching some files for more information can you please help me with the settings or how to fix the frame skip during stream

Turn windows Game Mode on, and continue running OBS as administrator. This puts OBS on the GPU priority list to attempt to avoid the rendering lag you're experiencing.
