Question / Help LOW FPS, Streaming in 720p

Hey, I had tried to stream in 720p but i can't. In game i had low fps and my streaming is blocking.

My Specs:
Intel Core i7 3770k 3,9GHz (motherboard turbo enabled)
16GB RAM 16000 MHZ, Corsair Vengeance
Graphic Card: AMD Radeon HD 7950 - 3GB Ram DDR5

Have you tried using a faster x264 preset? It's not recommended to change it from veryfast unless you know what you're doing.

i'm beginner, someone gave me this settings :))

my pc i think is good ... but i don't understand why i can't streaming

The settings you are using doesn't seem to cause the lag.
Are you using game capture to capture your game window or do you use window/monitor capture?

What is your ulpoad speed?

Whoever gave you those settings had no idea what he was doing either.

Remove the custom x264 stuff, it doesnt even do anything because its wrong.
Also you wouldnt want to stream at those bitrates anyway, change the bitrate in the encoding tab, 1000 is too low and will cause the pixelation you mentioned.

And depending on what game you are trying to stream make sure your gpu isnt running at 100% since obs needs at least a little bit of free power, especially gamecapture.

With 2 servers from Frankfurt

I use Game Capture, and i try to stream CoD:Ghosts

Xeiz is completly right. You can set your bitrate 2000-2500 for a better quality stream.
And if you are streaming to Frankfurt on Twitch you can better select a other server, because the Frankfurt servers have a bad reputation performance wise.

where is connected your GPU ? PCi3 or ?
I had a similiar problem before and it was because i had my gpu on the wrong slot.
