Low FPS recording Rainbow Six Siege

Just as the title says, I was running mkv at 1920x1080p60 and the quality was abysmal. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x and an RTX 2080 TI. Yes I am using nVenc

1. Update your Windows 10 per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. To ensure that OBS Studio has the hardware resources it needs for realtime streaming and recording, we recommend disabling the "Game DVR Background Recording" feature via the instructions at https://obsproject.com/wiki/How-to-disable-Windows-10-Gaming-Features#game-dvrcaptures
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
4. Run OBS as Admin
5. The encoder is skipping frames because of CPU overload. Read about it at https://obsproject.com/wiki/General-Performance-and-Encoding-Issues
6. Change your Preset from High Quality to Quality and uncheck Psycho Visual Tuning.
