Question / Help Low fps output in obs but normal fps in game

I am having issues with obs that ive never had before. I'm used to running games like OW at 70 fps and it out putting at a solid 60fps but now it wont go higher then like 10fps. Can anyone help? Here is the log

Turn game mode off in windows' settings and remove all the extra game capture sources.
You only need one game capture source across all scenes.

Game mode is already off in windows settings but I’ll try deleting all the extra game captures

Hey so i tried what you said and it is still giving me the same issues heres a new log from the test stream i just ran

Okay so how does one fix that?

Cap the FPS in your game to something close to the refresh rate of your display and make sure your video card is connected AND operating at pci-e x16
