i know that this has been asked hundred of times, but i try everything i could of, but with no result, im my eye the stream looks like below 60 fps, but in game looks smooth.
specs:
windows 10 latest release
ryzen 7 1700
gtx 1660 super
im using nvidia nvec new for encoding( but using the x.264 also with no results)
i posted and a picture with the stats, when i stopped the streaming and the record.
it may be my eyes or it really goes slow i dont know.
