Alright so i finally get my pc right and the first thing i wana do is start getting into streaming overwatch my fav game ever k so im sitting here trying to config my settings and i pick the settings that u know fit my pc right then i start up a stream test to see how it looks and all day for like 3 hours im trying to figure out why my game is getting like 80fps+ but the stream looks like poop and its not a problem with my cpu overwatch running is using 40% and then obs is using about 20% so its not even over 60 usage so im at a complete loss ive looked all over the forums and all these people saying it has something to do with maybe your cpu cant handle it, but this pc is a wayyyy better verison then the old pc i had and that one could still stream 60 fps with overwatch and obs no problem but this idk i feel like obs is just messing with me at this point. also by default this pc is windows 10 was never 7 dont know if that helps
