Question / Help Low FPS on OBS high FPS on GAME & x264 encoder no uploading

Hello hope your day is going good!

Well I was streaming recently today and well this is a problem I've been having long time, the thing is that normally when I stream PC games the FPS on OBS goes lower but I'm playing the game fine I've seen a lot of post with this issue and I've tried the majority of the solutions but nothing seems to work I keep getting low FPS on OBS no matter what I do.

Also the game audio was delayed I thought I was the one who was delaying it with the audio manager, but turns out that was not the problem. I restarted the game and also the stream but the problem was still there even when I changed enconders.

A second problem that I have is that the x264 encoder does not let me stream right so I've change to the NVENC encoder, every time I try to stream with the x264 it just does not get the bitrate, its always sending 500Kb/s or even 70Kb/s but when I use the NVENC encoder I can stream fluidly and uses all my connection with out problems.

I hope I'm not getting anything wrong here this is the last log file of the stream as you can see I started and stopped the stream several times to see if I was able to fix it.

It's your GPU at 100% while gaming? If that's the case you need to lower settings and/or lock your fps so that you have ~10-20% of GPU available to OBS.
For the second problem, on that log you used NVENC, post one using x264.

My GPU does not max out while gaming and streaming its very stable to say well that deppends on what game I'm playing but that stream I was playing BF3 and it did not max out.

I did a stream test first with the bandwith test option of Twitch and it was pretty stable, then I did an actual stream and I had a few points where the upload went to 600Kb/s but it was pretty stable to. This was with x264, but last time it was awful.

But on the last log file there is a part where I use the x264 enconder its just a bit, but here it is

Also do you know the problem with the audio lag or its the same of the gpu maxing out? How do I lock my FPS just in case
