Question / Help Low FPS on CS:GO when OBS Studio is open.

When I have OBS Studio open and previewing I experience a 100+ drop in FPS. I had no problem on Windows 7 when I used to stream, but now that I have upgraded to Windows 10 I am having all sorts of problems with FPS loss. When I'm offline I can easily run at my cap of 160 fps, but when i open OBS Studio I instantly drop down to 60-70 fps. I have tried using game capture, window capture, and display capture, but none have helped my fps at all. Help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor
RAM: 16 GB G.SKILL Sniper Series (2x8GB)
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro Series 256 GB
Monitor: BenQ XL2411Z (144hz)

Disable the Preview in OBS and dont put the OBS Window to your second Monitor.

For general testing use a clean Scene with only a CSGO Game Capture as Source.
