Low FPS / Low CPU issue

Hi world,

Sorry for long post, I wanted to give as much as info as possible !

I'm a univ professor that tries to use OBS to "pimp" online lectures and takes benefits from OBS nice scenes composition with webcam, screen captures, etc.
Basically I use screen capture and the XSplit VCAM into different scenes. I have obs+chrome (or firefox, same issue) that stream to BBB on 1 screen, and Matlab + powerpoint on the other screen. I'm capturing this second screen with obs.

I'm experiencing some serious system slowdown when streaming the obs virtual webcam to Big Blue Button hosted by my univ server (sized for thousands of students and I checked that the service workload was low enough by doing test at night time with no students connected). I'm also experiencing the same issue also when OBS is launched and the "virtual webcam" is off. Typically, I noticed a 0.1 fps with a cpu lower than 10-30%.

When I start everything, it works nice for a while with a constant 30fps and a cpu load around 30% or less depending on what I'm doing on my screen. Then suddenly, my mouse becomes very slow, the cursor is refreshed once every 2-5 seconds. The virtual webcam is almost not refreshed. If I stop moving the mouse, everything may come back to normal after 1min or 2 min (it is not very clear to me how or when the "lag" stop). It may then re-start again more or less randomly.

I'm using a Dell Laptop Precision 7530, connected to a dock TB16 with 2 identical screens 2560 x 1440, 32Go memory. The computer has been reinstalled last week or so, without too much soft on it : win 10 (Build 19042), office, matlab, 7zip, XSplit VCam, OBS 26.1.1, chrome, firefox, bitdefender. All with legit licenses.
The computed has 2 graphic cards : 1 NVIDIA P3200 + 1 Intel integrated graphic processor. I used NVIDIA configuration pannel to force OBS to be on the Intel Integrated processor (otherwise it does not capture the screens).

As you can see on the attached logs, there are some serious lag
"09:30:39.057: Output 'virtualcam_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 41610 (25.2%)"

Before starting to "click everywhere and see what happens", I prefer asking some expert. Where should I start ?
A few ideas :
1) Trying to force all the application to work on NVIDIA
2) Trying to disable GAME DVR (but I do not know how)

Please help, I really need OBS, my students are bored with this sad standard BBB streaming, let's use something better for them!!!

Thanks in advance
