Low Fps/laggy recordings need help

Tried to get help from discord but didn't get it solved, wondering does any of you guys what i can try.
Low fps/laggy recordings happen on newer game titles.

ISSUE SOLVED! If you are recording games Don't use display capture, Use game capture instead and it should be normal.
