I'm starting with OBS Studio and want to record my screen as I'm coding.
In wizard I set I wanted to record locally with possible 60 FPS. Final setting was x264, high quality medium file size, both resolutions on FullHD and FPS = 60.
But when I recorded, final video was in 15 or 20 FPS.
I watched few configuration tutorials, changed bitrate, qualities etc. and nothing works. Sometimes is better, sometimes is worse, I'm not even close to 30FPS and I don't know why.
I have quite good CPU, lots of RAM and I monitored CPU usage and it's never more than 20% (average 16%).
Can you help me? What am I doing wrong?
