So when I try and play a game the fps in OBS takes a dive making the video all choppy and not entirely sure why. My computer is more then good enough to stream at 720p and 60fps with 3500 Bitrate. I also just reinstalled OBS and wasn't having the problem before so I dont know what is causing it.

SPECS:
Graphics Card: GTX 1080ti

CPU: I7-7820x

RAM: 16GB

That's an incomplete log. Show a full session log from the logs folder that is NOT the current log. Preferably one showing your issue.

We'll also need a screenshot of the first tab of gpu-z

You're overloading your video card pretty badly. Try capping the framerates of your games to around the refresh rate of your display.

You could reduce Game-Details or reduce the fps limit to 60. Try to make sure that the GPU load stays below ~95%, so there is enough headroom to breathe.

Alright well I figured out the reason and it turns out that for some reason my monitoring software nzxt cam was causing the fps in OBS to drop. And it would make sense since I wasn't having the problem before when I was using the older version of it which I just recently updated. So might be some weird conflict with the new version of cam.
