Question / Help Low fps in obs with better pc

I try to stream games with my laptop: I5 7300hq, gtx 1050 8gb ram, 1tb hdd 5400rpm, is an lenovo legion y520, but i have low fps in obs, i tried many settings from youtube, forums, etc but nothing, i tried with 2500 bitrade-3500, i have a very good internet with 500 mb/s download 400mb/s upload, what si the problem??
