Low FPS in OBS while game is in focus

Hello, I am currently having problems when trying to stream games like Escale from Tarkov. I run game in borderless mode and whenever I have game in focus (where game runs smoothly around 70-90 fps), I get very low FPS in OBS like so:

These are even values, when I do NOT have my stream on. So basically OBS is only opened and it's lagging like that (even those sound bars are lagging whenever they are moving). It seems like OBS is not getting sufficient system resources whenever it's not on focus, but I am not sure. When I was trying the same with ARK Survival Evolved, it was same issue, but League of Legends didn't do so, but I assume it's just because it doesn't have such requirements on hardware.
Here is my log: https://pastebin.com/9yPVad10

I am probably missing something stupid, I just don't see it.

I ran it as admin and yes, I was using game-capture. But the thing is, that even if I would have scene up, that is just blank - nothing inside of it and I don't even need to run the stream, it will still drop OBS to around 10 fps.

Then you sent wrong log. Sorry. Mention that the volunteers here in the forum don't get paid for the time reading foreign logs. ;)

In the moment found this. Proof if that works for you:

After investigation, I think it's general issue at level of operating system. I noticed similar behaviour to other applications - for example if I would run youtube video in background on other monitor, while playing the game, the video is basically lagspiking in same manner, it seems to be problem with OS prioritizing the game and not giving any resources to background apps.
