Low fps in game

I am having a rog strix G15 laptop with ryzen 7 4000 series and a rtx 3050ti graphics card. I attach a monitor to the c-type port which enables it to use the gpu for the screen. When I am not streaming I get around 150-160 to 210-220 fps. But when I stream I get maximum 80-90 fps and the game gets really choppy. Most of the time I stream valorant and the monitor I am using is a Samsung odessey G4 240Hz. I your help guys. I want to continue streaming.

look in this forum on discussions regarding
- streaming itself not relevant... running OBS Studio with a video source to re-encode (even if only in Preview Window) is where heavy workload comes from (2X when using Studio Mode, ie 2X Preview Windows)
Also, if PC really busy (hardware resource level) and you then add real-time video encoding to that, yea, somethign has to give. Especially if you load up on CPU impactful filters and effects (chromakeying, etc)
- why having a screen refresh rate so high can cause problems when capturing at a much lower rate
- why having even multiple of streaming FPS to game rate and screen refresh rate helps
ie, if streaming at 60fps, then cap the game at same, and 60Hz refresh rate, or an even multiple
