Question / Help Low FPS In-Game when Streaming but High FPS on Stream?

Lately for OBS I've been having low FPS in game but the stream would be fine at 60 FPS. Any clues as to what might be wrong?

I can't identify any major problems but you can try giving more resources to the game by lowering OBS Studio's process priority.

looks strange -> fps should be 30 or 48 or 60 // keyint of 59??? -> that would result in high load on your GPU

@progressivehorror I can try lowering the priority of OBS; I've tried raising the priority of the game application itself and no changes.

@Benman2785 what do you mean by "fix your settings"? These are the same settings I've used for quite some time now and I haven't seen any issues with them until recently. Can you elaborate on what you mean by that, please
