Question / Help Low FPS in game help with logfile

Hello, when I try to stream league of legends the game fps is fine for awhile then slowly drops and stays that way even after the stream ends and obs is closed. I have to restart my entire PC to bring my game back to normal I usually have ~90 fps normally, but obs eventually drops it down to ~20
PC specs:
i5-4460 3.20GHz
16GB RAM
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
MSI H81M-P33 motherboard
Windows 10 Home
