Question / Help Low FPS in CSGO with OBS simply open

This is a very recent issue, i believe possibly caused by the latest windows creator update. Because prior to this everything worked fine.

Computer
i9-9700 4.9GHZ
64GB GSKILL RAM 4000MHZ
2 x EVGA 1080TI FTW3 HYBRID
2 x Samsung 960 EVO PRO 1GB
1 x ASUS ROG 240Hz 1080P Monitor
1 x ASOS ROG 4K 60HZ Monitor

So i stream 1080P/60, with maxed settings in game, and everything runs smooth as pie typically until recently. Anyone aware of any issues caused by the most recent windows 10 update?

Update to 21.1.2, the auto updater is broken so you'll need to redownload from www.obsproject.com , it fixes it. Make sure to delete the old game capture source once its finished updating.

Fixed an issue with the new 2018 Windows 10 release (1803) that would cause game capture to perform poorly on Direct3D 9.0c games.
