Low FPS, Hectic bitrate!

Hello Guys!

Could you help me? I would like to stream to chaturbate, but the dropped frames are too high and bitrate is very hectic. I do not know what is the proeblem since i have changed my configuration in my pc. Before worked in lower quality Pc. I think this pc is enough strong for 1920*1080p in 60 fps, but now the 30fps is unacceptable.

1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10 the newest available version. Your version is not supported.
2. Your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the OBS sample rate. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
Mikrofon (C922 Pro Stream Webcam): 16000 Hz
3. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. Start by enabling Dynamic Bitrate in the Advanced Settings.
