Hi.

So, last night i was trying to stream some CS:GO while talking with a friend on skype.

This is my computer specs:

i7-4790k (default clock)
16GB DDR3, running 1800 MHz.
Nvidia GTX285 (old card, but still good i guess).
Samsung SSD for OS.
Intel SSD for Games.

This is the log https://gist.github.com/271b389b5d24f4d94375

My fps was average 15 when i was streaming, my computer didn't come over ~50% CPU usage.
My game wasn't lagging at all.

I have seen streams on twitch running better than mine with lower hardware so something must be wrong.
I am connecting to Twitch, Stockholm which is the server i have lowest ping/jitter to regarding to "Server Ping" in OBS.

I have Quick Sync Enabled and i have tried both, x264 & Quick Sync same result.
I guess i don't have to post pictures of my settings in OBS since they are in that log.
Otherwise just ask and i will take pictures of my settings in OBS.

that gpu is pretty garbage ... yes it still performs decent ingame but its actually really bad

im guessing you are talking about the stream encoding only ~15fps
if so downscale to 540p or even 480p

gtx 2xx series isnt capable of transmitting data fast enough to achieve anything near 720p30

Oh waow, didn't know my GPU had that much to say about it but it make sense.
I do plan to upgrade to GTX980, i just have to get the money for it :)

I did try to downscale to 720p.

I will try to go that low.
