Question / Help Low FPS / Blue Screen

Welp. All my games run very smoothly (60-120 FPS), but whenever I try to stream, it goes to 7-15 and, sometimes, a Blue Screen.
My Notebook Specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50GHz
4GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6630M
64 Bits system
(aero disabled)
Model: Dell Vostro 3350

Is there any way to fix this? Or is my notebook that bad?

Well blue screen can be anything. Try reinstall drivers. But everytime I had bluescreen (not because of streaming) I had problem with CPU temperature. Another bluescreen I had was because my RAM was not fully put in to the motherboard. Sry I don't know how explain it but one side of the RAM was out of my motherboard. Another thing you can try is reintall your OS

Hmm. The blue screen is the minor problem. The real thing is the FPS. I'd like to stream, but it's horrible to play with 7fps :/

Well you can try to lower the details in game. Or lower bitrate + try to play 1280x720 with reso. downscale 1.50
