Hey,
Experiencing an issue where attempting to stream Rust outputs at about 2-4 fps although the bandwidth is still around 3500 and green and there's no dropped frames being recorded. I have my max set to 60 which is what I get on all other games I've streamed with OBS including heavy graphic games similar to Rust. My Rust in-game frames are unaffected running at my capped 80 smoothly, and if I turn off Rust during the same stream sessions my stream frames return to normal 60.
My CPU, RAM and GPU are all running unstressed around 50% which is my normal for high graphic games while streaming. I know Rust has trouble integrating with Game Capture, but I see full of people streaming smoothly on twitch. No idea why only I seem to be affected by this.
