So i have a great PC

that PC and i am only using 20% overall cpu and my obs is only allowing 5% max cpu causing mad lag.

Common Issues with FX Cores is either core parking or cpu throttling due to temperatrure issues.

read carefully. (common issues) doesnt meant its a specific problem with your CPU.
