I've been streaming for a while and have been having this problem. I usually stream Destiny 2 but when I am the frames in game and on stream drop from 60 with minimal actual dropped frames (barely drop frames but fps lowers). As said in the title I have a relatively low CPU usage and that has never been a problem. I believe the problem is my graphics card but I just wanted to make sure it is.
My specs include a Intel i7-6700K for the CPU and a 1050 TI. If you need more specs information please let me know.
