Question / Help Low/Choppy FPS when Game Capture full screen, fine in windowed Mode

I have nothing else like that installed, unfortunately. (Gigabyte laptop, not MSI)

I can't really rollback for external reasons.. That being said, I hope this isn't a sign of things to come with new builds and OBS with laptops.

You are on the Fast ring of Windows 10. expect not everything to work and expect to report it. 10240 is not perfect but it is stable. think of the fast ring like a linux build labelled unstable, or like a pre beta build.

Anyway, I dont know where your issue lies so I cant begin to tell you what to do, but with being an insider myself. I can tell you that I've done many of reinstalls of everything.
