The other day I was faced with the problem that my bitrate is fixed at around 7500 kb s. How can I fix this?

Need more information. Are you streaming in CBR mode? If so, then it's 7500 because you set it. Are you dropping frames? Does the status bar warn about dropped frames? If 7500 is low, what are you expecting it to be-- what have you set it for? Are you streaming or recording?

Can you post a log-- and please post one with a record of a complete recording or streaming session.
