LOW BITRATE WHILE STREAMING

bitrate start to drop dramatically while i was streaming. I am using OBS for streaming community events voluntarily. few church programes are lined up in coming weeks as well. hope someone can help me to understand this error and how to fix it.

LOTS of possibilities
real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding.

Primary issues are your PC being overloaded, and not being able to handle what you are asking it to do, or your network.
You are NOT using WiFi, right?

- What are you doing for monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings?
- then what you are doing to monitor your Internet connection? is anything else using that connection?

Thank you for the responce . I used task manager to monitor my system performances yesterday (at a community event ). Also I used network speed test by ookla. I realaised the trouble was with my internet connection. Most of the time I had to use wifi connection.
