Hello everyone, i use OBS to stream on Youtube, and 3 days ago it started having low bitrate all of the sudden. I use a 8000 kbps config, it starts at that range, but drops do 1000 - 4000 kbps, and never leaves that range.
OBS is run as Admin and enabled through the firewall, Windows 10 is updated to the latest version, and today i ran tests with my ISP, and everything is fine on their end. Tested on cable and wireless, it changes nothing. Would apreciate if someone could help me fix this, since it worked just fine under the same configs.
