Low Bitrate / Dropped Frames - Troubleshooting Efforts Unsuccessful

Hey all, I've been having a problem with low (2000-3000kbps) bitrate for the last ~3 months (inconsistent previously but becoming more common, haven't yet been able to determine any pattern in when). The network I'm using hasn't had an changes to it since I started streaming on it, and I've tested the following:

- Multiple speed tests (regular to high results when compared to usual local speeds, repeated multiple times at different periods, both during and after streaming, and using different sites / providers)
- Switching from Ethernet to WIFI (usually stream through ethernet, have tried both a different cable, and attempting to stream over WIFI instead)
- OBS log analyzer (Saw this suggested but it doesn't register any issues other than the dropped frames themselves, and the fact I use display / game capture)

I multistream to other platforms (Youtube and Tiktok) and I've tested streaming alongside both, and only running to one platform. Consistently issues appear streaming from OBS to Youtube and Twitch but I've yet to have any connection issues through Tiktok (using their streaming app). Additionally, at seemingly random times the stream will connect with zero issues (usually when I am trying to test following an issue occuring).

Is anyone more educated on OBS etc. able to see suggest a course of action / see any issues with the logs I have attached? I've included two where issues have occured (recent) and one from a short test stream where there were no connection issues.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Just following up on this as I realized while reading other posts / the pinned post but I've also tested streaming to different Twitch servers (as well as running the Twitch test app), as well as the majority of the other recommended methods. Otherwise, out of those listed I've yet to try switching solely to IPv4 / IPv6. I'll likely give this a shot when I can alongside any other potential options I can track down.
