I'm just going to state this right off the bat I know 1000 bitrate is low between 480p and 540p at the most so we arent going to get great quality but I just would like to get rid of pixelation in high motion moments if possible till I can get more then 1.85 Mbps upload without making me lag on certain games.
So I'm streaming xbox one with the elgato so my first thought is set my cpu preset slower higher then
veryfast or faster just because the cpu only has one task other then running windows.
I noticed when playing games and streaming on the same pc my cpu sits at about 30-50% at veryfast
and with xbox it's at about 30-35% usage with veryfast.
OBS Settings
Max Brate 1000 Same thing happened when I had it at 1800 just dropped frames.
Use CBR/CBR Padding
1.75 downscale base 1920x1080
30 FPS
High Priority Class
VeryFast x264 CPU Preset
System Specs
FX-8350
8 Gb RAM
GTX 770 2Gb
1TB harddrive
If there isn't anything really to help other then better internet speed then 18 down 2 up. Thanks for the assistance.
