Question / Help Low and Late Frames

Hey I have been messing with the settings because I used to have pixelation issues with my recordings, and now that that's fixed, I am now having drops in frame rate. It is almost where I want it, but still not good enough. Any Ideas?

Your GPU is being overloaded. Enable vsync or a frame rate limiter in your game; if that's not enough to keep the GPU from maxing out you'll need to turn down some of the video settings in the game as well.
