hi there, about a week ago i set up OBS and got it working fine but recently had to format my pc due to reasons. I have re-setup OBS with the same settings as before, and about 2-3seconds after i start the stream i get a STUPIDLY loud screeching noise(which almost made my ears bleed due to having head phones on >.< )
I tried restarting my pc, switching around my audio play-back devices, which all have the same problem :( unfortunately i am not massively technically minded so any information you need to help me figure this out just let me know a nd i will get back to you with it asap :)
also i use an ASUS Xonar sound card
