Question / Help Loud noise in the background when I run Emulators?

So I have an issue that whenever I have an emulator running the video I get has a loud noise in the background. It makes anything I record completely unwatchable. I do not hear any such sound while recording, it just is in the video that gets made. Any help is very appreciated. I would get logs but when I went to make a log the URL was just blank.

It's not just with that game, or just with the Citra emulator. Had the exact same problem with desmume.

I've tested it with games, and it's not just emulators. Really need help with this. They don't even need to have volume on for me to have this issue.
