Lots of stutter while gaming

1. Upgrade to Windows 10; it's free.
2. Your audio devices have sample rates that don't match. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Speakers (6- USB Multi-Channel Audio Device): 44100 Hz
Microphone (3- USB MIC-SG01): 192000 Hz
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Scene).

Ok I fixed those audio settings so hopefully they will work now. I also removed all captures besides game. I'm still on windows 8.1 because I made it run just as good as 7 without the bs. I used to get alot of stutter with anything in windows 10 so I'm still avoiding it for now. I do have a windows 10 key as well though.
