Question / Help Lots of Late Frames with a good CPU

Hey! I am trying to record overwatch, which i know is a cpu intensive game. To be more specific this is local recording. The recording seems to lag and the analyzer says i have late frames etc. I tried switching fps and resolution etc and nothing. i would appreciate any help. Thanks! I was following the high quality local recordings guide on the forums.

What pci-e mode is your video card running in?

There's probably a driver issue or the video card itself is at fault.

So what should I do? So there is no way to fix it?

Use task manager, details tab, and try setting priority of game lower, OBS higher, on each game/OBS launch.
May also go to process affinity, take away 1 or 2 CPU from game.

1920x1080 at 60fps may be too much for your computer. Reduce to 30 fps or less resolution.

ik i had it at 30fps at beggining of log was just testing. Will try! Thanks

Also what did you mean by proccess affinity?

So what should I do?, I used to be able to record decently maybe im wrong

OBS may work better for other games, mostly older games that don't need too much CPU/GPU.

Maybe try to get a faster graphics card (GPU) if the graphics card can be replaced with a faster one from inside the computer.
