So, I have been trying to Stream, in the past it wasn't as laggy, tho i didn't save that Stream, my Internet Speed is atm 20 MB Download and Upload are around 20MB, yet when i try to Stream, at just 1000 Bit-Rate it gives alot of Lag, and when I go higher with my Bit-Rate, it still gives my alot of Lag? but just Recording on the other hand all goes smoothly, tho I Record and Stream tho I think that shouldn't be a problem in theory atleast looking at my Computer/Laptop Specs.

PS You might see that I have quite the Capture Scenes, and Game Captures, if you view the Logs that I have posted on this Thread, I do plan to delete some of them.

[Edit_10-10-2017_12_52_10-10-2017_12_53] I forgot to say that, I have tried to Stream at Twtich and Youtube, Twtich gave me rather alot more Lag than Youtube did, tho Youtube was very laggy aswell, but slightly just very slightly less laggy, tho it wasn't laggy in the past.
[ Edit 2_10-10-2017_12_58_12_59] And the highter Bit-Rates that I have set were 2000. 2200. 1800. 1280. 5000, the results, were well all equally very laggy.
