Ever since the Chicago server was removed, I've been having tons of issues with dropped frames and my kb/s fluctuating. I've tried multiple different servers and a different one works at first then an hour later frames started dropping. I've tried reducing my bit-rate and no luck. Any help here? Would be greatly appreciated! :)
