Lot of Skipped frames due to encoding lag

Hi everyone, I'm trying to record a video but when I start recording, there are a LOT of skipped frames due to encoding lag. It also says at the bottom "Encoding overloaded! Consider turning down video settings or using a faster encoding preset." I'm trying to record 1080p 480fps. If you're wondering why I'm recording at 480fps, it's because (I'm pretty sure) my PC can handle it. I saw someone with lower end specs than mine record just fine. I'm using a Ryzen 5 3600X OC@4.2ghz, RTX 3080. Thanks in advance

Your PC cannot handle it. That's what the 'encoding overloaded' means.
Recording above 60fps is not supported, and is entirely at-your-own-risk.
Turn down the framerate.

Oh. I thought it could because I saw other people able to do it. Thanks for the reply
