Question / Help Lost settings - any way to save/restore?

I've been losing a lot of settings, primarily in General, Stream, Output, and Video.
OBS is only started at rehearsal and at Sunday morning.
I have had to create a 15 step checklist now to verify the settings (and fix if needed).
I don't see a Save Settings button.
Is that what Profile means?
How do I save the current settings (export?)?
If i need to restore my settings, do I use Profile tab, then use Import and go to the AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\basic\profiles folder?
I see Profiles and Scenes. Do I need to import both for a complete restore.
Are there any settings (like mixer) that are not saved/restored?

Profiles are settings (video, stream, output, etc).

Scene Collections are sources and scenes.

Both can be exported to external files and then imported, to function as a backup or as a way of moving configurations between machines.

My microphone stopped working, changing the microphone to disabled and then back to the mic fixed the problem. Alll my custom filters and my offset syncs disappeared. !@#$
