Lost frames and buffering issues on YouTube last 2 streams I have tried to do. Need some help or at least an arrow in the right direction.

Hey everyone,
I did a stream last Friday and attempted to have a stream tonight 5-15-2023, however due to the bitrate being so inconsistent I haven't been successful. The logs for tonight is below. I kept seeing an error from my overlays and I'm not sure what that is about, but I am just trying to troubleshoot and figure out if it is just my ISP being funny or if something is going on with YouTube. I usually have the bitrate at 10Mbps (10,000Kbps) and I tried to reduce it to about 8Mbps (8,000Kbps) and it still was going crazy. I haven't had this issue before this past week and Idk if it was with the new update for OBS that came out recently or if it really is just something on my end.

Also I should mention that I did restart my internet equipment before stream and I also ran a speed test (being with spectrum I have the 400Mbps down/ 20Mbps up package) the test came out fine. I got roughly 500Mbps down and 21Mbps up when I did the test.

Can anyone show me or point to me what I am doing wrong? Thank you so much in advance :)

Turn off HAGS.

Ok I will try that out. Just a question, viewing some suggestions recently some people were saying to have this on to increase PC performance, is that not the same for OBS?
