Question / Help Lost footage

Sorry for being a noob here, but I don't know what else to do. I am losing a lot of video footage from my recordings. I do not at this time do any streaming (may in the future) but I am recording and doing (as far as I know) all of the right steps, but I lose about half of my video recordings. I have read other posts on this as well but hoping someone can help me out specifically with my problem. Thanks in advance.

There is no recording attempt in those logs. Make sure to upload the correct log file.

Interesting... .flv should have no issues with corrupted output, but you may want to try using .mkv and see if there is any difference there.

Is your D: a harddrive? If so, how old is it and have you checked the S.M.A.R.T. status of it lately?

You may want to also try recording directly to your C: drive and see if you have the same issues.

I am using a external hard drive. It’s a few years old. I can try recording directly to main drive, it’s not even a year old. Not sure what the S.M.A.R.T status is
